Experto Credite has invested in a bespoke and fully integrated collections system called “Caseflow” developed by Fathom Technologies Ltd.

This is a progress based system running on an SQL database. The software has been developed and tailored to a Debt Collection Agencies or Credit Control Departments needs. Caseflow has the ability to manage accounts from inception through to litigation on a fully automated basis.

For reporting purposes Experto Credite Ltd uses Crystal Reports V10 as this has the ability to extract precise data from the Caseflow database for reporting and statistical purposes.

Experto Credite operates a fully maintained digital telephony system with a blended dialer.
